Shipping + Returns
 

• All orders are shipped for free as priority mail with the US Postal Service. Any expedited shipping is shipped using the customers chosen method of delivery.

• all items are made to order and will be shipped within the number of weeks indicated on each item’s page. Allow an additional 2-5 days for Priority mail.

• All international orders are shipped using FedEx and and does not include customs taxes or duties in the final cost at checkout. These additional fees will be collected at the point of delivery. Margarette Simmons is not responsible for these charges.

• All orders are processed and shipped Monday through Thursday from 9.00am - 3.00pm, and Friday from 9.00am - 1.00pm. All orders placed after 1.00pm on Friday PST will be processed the following week.

• Margarette Simmons has the right to decline any order that does not meet our standards of security and fraud prevention.

• Margarette Simmons must approve a return within 2 weeks of receipt. The receipt date will be determined through the tracking number of the package.

• Margarette Simmons is not responsible for any shipping charges for returns.

• All returns must be securely packaged.

• All returns must be shipped in prepaid parcels. COD return will not be accepted.

• Margarette Simmons strongly recommends adding insurance and tracking information to any return as we will not be responsible for any items lost in transit.

• All refunds will be made within 5 days of receipt, less the cost of any expedited or international shipping.
